1. Acceptance and Scope

By downloading, installing, or using the DueTab mobile application ("Application"), you agree to these terms of use ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between Ainos Technology ("Company") and the Application user ("User").

2. Service Description

DueTab is a mobile application for tradespeople, workshops, service teams and small businesses to keep customer, job, invoice, payment, cash and stock records in one place. The application is available on iOS and Android.

3. Account Creation

You may need to create an account to use the Application. You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

4. Usage Rules

You must comply with the following rules when using the Application:

• Use the Application only for lawful purposes
• Not violate the rights of other users
• Avoid actions that may compromise the security of the Application
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Application

5. Intellectual Property

The Application and all content, design, code, and visuals it contains belong to Ainos Technology and are protected by intellectual property rights. Under these Terms, the user is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Application.

6. User Content

The customer, job, invoice, payment, cash and stock records, photographs and other business content you create within the Application belong to you. The Company uses only the rights necessary to process this content for service delivery purposes. Images captured with the camera and documents you upload are used for data extraction and may be stored on our servers for service improvement purposes. Your content is not shared with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee that the Application will operate without interruption or error. No liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from data loss, service interruption, or technical failures. We recommend that you regularly back up your important data.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts that violate usage rules may be suspended or terminated with prior notice. The User has the right to delete their account at any time. When an account is deleted, related data will be removed from our systems within a reasonable period.

9. Pricing

The core features of the Application are offered free of charge. Pro features are offered through a subscription. Price changes will be notified in advance. Subscription cancellations are subject to the policies of the store where you purchased (App Store or Google Play).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through in-app notifications or email. Continuing to use the Application after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Edirne Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for the resolution of disputes.
