Delete Your Account & Data

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

If you can still sign in to VoiceReel, you can delete your account directly from the app:

1. 1Open VoiceReel and go to Settings.
2. 2Tap "Delete account".
3. 3Confirm. You are signed out immediately and your account is deactivated right away.
4. 4Your account and personal data are then permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, you can request deletion by email. Send a message from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity:

• To: [email protected]
• Subject: Delete my account
• Include the email address you used to sign in (Apple, Google, or email).

We verify the request against the account owner and then schedule permanent deletion. Your account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days of verification.

What is deleted

Permanent deletion removes the personal data tied to your account, including:

• Your account profile (email address, display name, profile picture reference).
• AI-generated scripts and AI voice audio you created.
• Your favorites, library items, and saved caller presets synced to the account.
• Your app settings tied to the account.

What may be retained

A limited set of records is kept only where the law requires it or in a form that can no longer be linked back to you:

• Purchase and tax records, retained as required by accounting and tax law.
• Credit-ledger records, retained in anonymized form for audit integrity.
• Security and audit logs, retained for a limited period and stripped of personal identifiers.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove content. Inside the app you can delete individual saved items — such as generated scripts and voice recordings — from your Library, while keeping your account active.

How long it takes

Account deactivation is immediate: once you confirm, your account stops working and your authentication is invalidated. Permanent erasure of your account and personal data is completed within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure).
