How can we help?

AI features use credits: writing a scene with AI and voicing lines with AI voices. Voicing is priced by characters: each character spoken costs credits, and premium multilingual voices cost twice as much per character. The app shows the cost before you generate.

You get credits with a VoiceReel Pro subscription (credits every billing period), with credit packs (for Pro subscribers), or by watching a rewarded ad in the app. Ready-made scenes, fake calls and the on-device voice effects do not use credits.

Open VoiceReel, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Sign in to the store with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. This also recovers a subscription bought on another device.

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google, not inside the app. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete account. You are signed out right away, and your account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

No longer have the app? Follow the steps on our Delete account page. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, which service providers process it (for example the AI providers that generate scenes and voices), how long we keep it and your rights. The Terms of Service cover how the app may be used.
